Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 40 workforce members and 3 supervisors across day and afternoon shifts to enhance overall engagement and morale. Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and 3PL distribution initiatives, effectively managing approximately 20 inbound and outbound trucks daily. Track, analyze, and optimize critical operational metrics, specifically monitoring cost per line to maximize picking efficiency and ensure on-time delivery. A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in a Warehouse Manager or senior distribution leadership role within the industrial management sector.



Relevant post‑secondary diploma combined with a proven track record of managing warehouse operational budgets and departmental finances. Demonstrated experience using SAP, RF technologies, along with a strong history of executing recent picking technology implementations. Proven background in change management, performance tracking, and resolving operational bottlenecks under pressure. Superior communication, team‑building, and organizational skills required to manage high-volume logistics and cross‑functional staff effectively.
