Accounting ManagerOur client is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to take full ownership of the accounting and financial reporting function for a key division within their organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative leader who enjoys balancing day-to-day accounting responsibilities with strategic business partnership, team leadership, and process improvement initiatives.The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to operational and senior leadership teams, providing financial insight, ensuring the integrity of financial results, and driving accountability across the division.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the full financial results and accounting operations for a designated business division.Lead all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Oversee the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting functions.Provide financial guidance and support to operational leaders, helping translate financial results into actionable business insights.Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.Coordinate external audit activities and act as the primary liaison with auditors.Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance reporting capabilities.Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration,



and continuous improvement.What We're Looking ForProven experience in a progressive accounting leadership role with responsibility for full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.Strong understanding of financial statement preparation, general ledger management, reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting.Demonstrated ability to own the financial performance of a business unit, department, or division.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.Strong leadership capabilities with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with accounting and ERP systems.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced workplace while managing multiple priorities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.CPA designation (or equivalent professional accounting designation) required.3+ years of accounting management or supervisory experience,
