Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver responsive service to build member trust
• Process cash and non-cash transactions efficiently




• Generate sales referrals by analyzing member needs
• Resolve routine member account issues directly
• Educate members on digital service channels
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year customer service experience
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Ability to organize and multitask effectively
• Aptitude for accurate data entry and financial literacy
