As a Brand Ambassador at Aerie, you will represent our brand by delivering exceptional service and fostering loyalty among our guests. This role involves utilizing the AEO Selling Model, showcasing a passion for product, and supporting shoppers in finding their perfect items. You’ll also assist in various zones of the store as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Employ AEO Selling Model to engage guests effectively
• Educate customers on Aerie products and promotions
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
• Proactively resolve guest concerns and inquiries
• Assist team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
• Passion for Aerie and AE products
• Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• Retail experience preferred
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 16 years old
