Richlea Bakery has a part time position for a customer service representative. Responsible for providing efficient, friendly service to our customers. The shop operates from Monday to Saturday 8:00 to 6:00 . We are offering competitive wages based on experience. Hours and days can be flexible.

Duties:
Provide superior service to our customers
Using product knowledge to assist customers in their purchases
Expedite the transaction in a professional and accurate manner
Stocking and displaying products in a presentable manner
Ensure a clean and sanitary space for customers and co workers

Skills and qualifications:
Cake Decoration Is an asset
Prior bakery knowledge/experience is an asset
Food safety certification preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
A desire to provide a pleasant customer experience
Protected and responsible in their actions




Work well independently or in a collaborative team workplace
Able to work well in busy environment
Able to follow company policies
Good command of English both verbal and written
