Responsibilities
Welcome clients and their pets warmly, creating a positive first impression of our clinic.
Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle phone inquiries efficiently.
Assist veterinary staff with animal restraint, basic treatments, and laboratory sample collection.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, kennels, and reception space.
Support laboratory procedures by preparing samples and maintaining lab equipment with attention to detail.
Process payments, update client information, and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.
Communicate effectively with clients about pet care instructions,
follow-up appointments, and clinic policies.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred but not required; laboratory experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients and team members.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Comfortable handling animals of various sizes and temperaments with patience and care.
Demonstrated organizational skills for managing schedules, records, and laboratory samples.
A proactive attitude with a passion for animal welfare and client service excellence.
Experience with Veterinary software -IDEXX Neo is an asset.
