Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Houseman to join our agile team. In this vital role, you will support the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel by assisting with various custodial tasks. Your energetic approach will ensure our guests experience a spotless, welcoming setting that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Duties
Assist with cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness
Support housekeeping staff by delivering linens, supplies, and cleaning equipment throughout the property
Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as scrubbing floors, vacuuming carpets, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met
Help with trash removal, restocking amenities, and general custodial duties around the hotel premises




Conduct routine inspections of common areas to identify cleaning needs or maintenance issues
Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Support special cleaning projects or deep cleans as directed by supervisory staff

Qualifications
Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures in hospitality or industrial settings
Excellent physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service and teamwork

Pay: $19.53-$25.51 per hour
