Responsibilities
Provide attentive supervision and care tailored to each child's needs within their home workplace
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met
Engage children in educational activities, play, and teaching moments that promote development and curiosity
Maintain a clean and organized space by performing regular cleaning tasks related to childcare areas
Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, homework support, and bedtime routines
Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing personalized caregiving strategies
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about the child's progress, activities, and any concerns
Skills
Proven experience working with children in a caregiving or teaching capacity
Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks suitable for children’s dietary needs
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued
Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement techniques
Knowledge of cleaning routines to maintain a protected and hygienic setting
Ability to plan engaging educational activities that foster learning and development
Basic cooking skills to prepare meals efficiently and safely
