At the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, the Clinical Coordinator will oversee daily operations and coordinate referrals, ensuring timely service delivery in a multidisciplinary setting. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to manage patient assessments, triage needs, and streamline clinic workflows for optimal efficiency and access to rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate outpatient clinic operations for spinal cord rehabilitation
• Review and triage referrals based on clinical criteria
• Facilitate interdisciplinary services including physiotherapy and occupational therapy
• Manage waitlists and patient flow within the clinic
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Science or Nursing required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Advanced clinical practice experience preferred
• Current B.C.L.S. Level II Rescuer certification
