Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies for lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives. Design and optimize production workflows , layouts, and equipment utilization. Lead the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product quality and compliance with standards. Requirements
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering , process optimization, and lean implementation. Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC). Experience with process simulation tools and data analysis software. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams remotely. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Benefits
