You will oversee financial reporting engagements and provide technical guidance while ensuring operational efficiency. Your role supports client relationships and strategic growth by mentoring team members and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial reporting and compilation engagements • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members • Lead preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns • Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and resource allocations • Build trusted client relationships and identify value-enhancing opportunities
Requirements: • CPA designation required • 8+ years of experience in public accounting • 3+ years in a managerial capacity • Expertise in financial reporting for private enterprises • Proficiency with Caseware, Sage, QuickBooks, and Excel
