The Senior Manager for Institutional Sales Enablement is a pivotal role that bridges Institutional Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will craft and govern the sales enablement operating model, ensuring alignment with institutional business priorities while enhancing client interactions. The focus is on developing scalable tools, workflows, and governance protocols to streamline sales activities and improve overall effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop institutional sales enablement strategy and governance routines • Create scalable playbooks and onboarding resources for sales engineers • Measure effectiveness and identify gaps for continuous improvement • Partner with Marketing to govern institutional collateral and campaign materials • Own the sales activation framework and feedback loops for campaigns
