We are looking for a results driven retail floral merchandiser. This person is responsible for successfully operating and servicing a floral department. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client’s expectations.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Maintain stock and cleanliness of floral department.
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
Follow all merchandising plan-o-grams, programs, policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in English.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service focus.
Ability to lift 20lbs – 50lbs.
Reliable mode of transportation and driver's license
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Availability required for daytime.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
