Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a love for flowers, and the ability to create arrangements that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions (weddings, events, daily orders)
Assist customers in selecting flowers and designs based on their needs and budget
Maintain freshness and quality of flowers and plants
Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies
Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing




Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service

Requirements:
Previous experience as a florist or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
Creativity and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle floral materials
