One of our clients is looking for a skilled and reliable Stair Measuring & Assembly Technician to join their team in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking measurements for stairs and working in the shop to assemble stairs.
Key Responsibilities
Take accurate measurements for stairs.
Work in the shop to assemble stairs and stair components.
Follow measurements and instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
Use hand and power tools as required.
Ensure assembled stairs meet quality and measurement requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Handle materials safely and efficiently.
Requirements
Previous experience with stair measuring or stair assembly is preferred.
Ability to take accurate measurements.
Basic knowledge of carpentry or stair components is an asset.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Solid attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and measurements accurately.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to work in a shop workplace.
