Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to join our team in Edmonton. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering personalized care to our clients, ensuring they receive the support they need to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes.
Assist clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements.
Maintain a clean and protected setting for clients.
Support clients with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals.




Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in home care or related field preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.
Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and patient monitoring techniques is a plus.
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Familiarity with Alzheimer's or dementia care is beneficial.
