Job Summary

In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a memorable stay for every visitor. Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures, adhering to established standards.
Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other shared spaces.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management to ensure swift resolution.
Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to promote a safe environment for yourself and guests.
Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when required, ensuring large-scale areas are kept spotless.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests, responding promptly to any special requests or concerns.
Experience
Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is highly preferred.
Familiarity with cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and hospitality standards is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in rapid-paced environments.
Knowledge of safety protocols related to chemical handling and equipment operation.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.
