Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Manage cash handling duties with precision, including cashiering and processing payments
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience
Uphold food handling standards and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all patrons




Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills, balancing guest needs seamlessly

Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and creating welcoming atmospheres
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order processing
Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
Experience in bartending or serving in a fast-paced environment is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
