We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our busy studio in Cold Lake. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a passion for customer service and exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Oversee day to day operations, and team performance
Handle store inventory, ordering, and merchandising
Ensure smooth studio operations and exceptional customer service
Recruit, train, and mentor recent staff members
Weekly reporting and organizing staff call outs
Experience:
Proven experience in a leadership role
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Previous experience in retail or studio leadership is preferred but will train the right candidate.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in recruiting and training staff
Sales experience is a must
In addition to an hourly wage, we also offer a commission and bonus package. This position requires a mix of days, evenings and rotating weekends on a consistent schedule.
