Join our agile healthcare team as a Medical Clinic Assistant! In this role, you will be the friendly, organized face of our clinic, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient care. Your will help create a welcoming setting where patients feel valued and supported.

Duties
Greet patients warmly and assist with the check-in and check-out process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communications.

Support medical staff by preparing examination rooms, organizing supplies, and ensuring cleanliness and readiness for patient visits
Assist with patient care activities such as taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and providing basic patient education under supervision
Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and managing electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
Support medication administration procedures as directed by healthcare providers,



ensuring proper documentation and safety protocols are followed
Coordinate communication between patients and medical staff, relaying messages and updating records efficiently

Qualifications
Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment is highly preferred
Proficient vein selection, precise needle handling, and basic computer/EMR data entry.
Solid understanding of medical terminology to facilitate clear communication and accurate record keeping
Proven ability to deliver compassionate patient care with professionalism and attention to detail
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards is a plus
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy clinic setting
Ability to work collaboratively with medical teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
