Write Up Work Orders (Reynolds & Reynolds ERA Ignite Operating System)
Update Customers On Repair Progress
Tally an Estimate
Present and Sell Recommended Work
Close Out Work Orders to Agreed Estimate Prices
Attempt to Solve Customer Concerns if Any
Arrange Transportation for Drop Off and Pick Up
Follow Up Customers to Ensure Satisfaction (Emphasis on High CSI Scores)
Must Be Able To Multi-Task and Manage Your Time Well
Great Organizational Skills
Outstanding Communications Skills (Phone and Electronic)
Computer and Electronically Savvy an Asset
Must be able to work with a Team and have a Positive Attitude
Automotive Knowledge an Asset

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
