Key Responsibilities
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, preparing quotes, and managing client correspondence.
Operational Support: Coordinate logistics, monitor inventory levels, and streamline daily administrative workflows.
Tech Optimization: Utilize and integrate AI tools and up-to-date software to automate tasks, analyze data, and improve operational efficiency.
Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous experience in sales support, operations,
or an industrial/distribution setting is preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Must be an AI avid user with a strong interest in utilizing artificial intelligence and digital tools to optimize workflows.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Languages: Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is considered a strong asset.
