Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including kitchen equipment and utensils
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation, making adjustments as needed




Support the serving staff by ensuring orders are accurate and promptly delivered

Qualifications
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is highly preferred
Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices
Strong understanding of cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in food preparation
Passion for the food industry with a desire to learn and grow within a culinary setting
Basic serving experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service is essential
