Responsibilities
Process and record customer payments accurately
Manage accounts receivable ledger, ensuring all invoices are issued promptly and correctly
Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues efficiently
Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments through qualified negotiation and phone etiquette
Maintain detailed records of transactions, account analysis, and payment histories for audit purposes
Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure smooth financial operations
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries related to billing and account status
Requirements
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes
Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Effective negotiation skills for collections and resolving billing disputes
Ability to analyze financial data and perform account analysis confidently
Positive math skills combined with strong analysis skills for financial review tasks
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service abilities to foster positive client relationships
Previous experience in accounts receivables will be considered an asset
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
