Job Responsibilities
A customer service Rep, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring the efficient processing and documentation of inbound and outbound shipments . This position is essential to maintaining our commitment to quality and service excellence within the agricultural supply industry.
What you will do
Respond to customer inquiries for products or services
Inputting sales orders from customers for the shipping department
Coordinating shipments with shipping and receiving department
Create shipping bill of landing (BOL) and arrange dispatch of loads
Invoice all BOLs in order to complete month end duties
Initiate contact with customers regarding satisfaction with services provided
Investigate and resolve customer issues
Dispatch / make deliveries as required
Back-up support for other staff when necessary
Requirements
Diploma in Business, Information Systems or Equivalent
Proficiency with various Computer Programs, including Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
Experience with ROSS ERP Software an Asset
Strong Customer Orientation
