You'll drive communication efforts, oversee co-op programs, and manage engagement initiatives. The position supports product launches and broker training, while ensuring brand consistency across all marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on key initiatives
• Lead annual IBAM Convention & Tradeshow planning
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 3 years in marketing or broker engagement
• Valid class 5 driver’s license for travel
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics for strategic decisions
