Duties
Operate various types of janitorial services equipment ie: swing machine, auto scrubber, carpet extractors, power washers
Tasks will include but not limited to strip/wax floors, carpet washing, window cleaning, construction cleaning
Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Capability to perform limited heavy lifting as required for specific cleaning duties
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Willingness to learn recent cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
