We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will play an significant role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. We welcome candidates of all experience levels. Applicants who demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a working knowledge of automotive systems will be given robust consideration.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and submit warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
Review repair orders to ensure proper documentation and coding
Communicate with technicians, advisors, and manufacturers regarding claim requirements
Monitor and follow up on outstanding warranty claims
Reconcile warranty payments and maintain records
Stay up to date with manufacturer policies and procedures

Qualifications:




Previous dealership or warranty administration experience is considered an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
