Join our team as a Trampoline Patrol / Cashier, where you'll be the friendly face ensuring a secure, fun, and memorable experience for all guests. In this energetic role, you'll oversee trampoline safety by monitoring trampolines, enforcing required rules, and engaging with guests!
Weekend availability is required, as that is our busiest time.
Responsibilities
Monitor trampoline areas to ensure guests follow safety guidelines and prevent accidents
Enforce safety rules with explicit communication and positive attitude
Assist guests with check-in, ticketing, and answering questions about the facility
Operate cash register systems accurately for admission and concession items.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the trampoline zones and cashier station
