We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Lead to join our team. We're looking for someone who can maintain a busy, but small kitchen. The ideal candidate will also provide food order preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean kitchen setting. Responsibilities
Food preparation to order, providing consistent , quality food orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
Support the taproom team in various tasks as needed
-Assist manager in kitchen staff scheduling, wholesale ordering, and safe work practices
-Maintain inventory and kitchen log books
Qualifications
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is necessary
Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
Understanding of basic food safety guidelines
Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as individually
Willingness to learn and take direction from staff members
