Job Description
Handle all assigned customer requests for freight movement
Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, Sales staff, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products about information related to the shipment.
Builds and maintains carrier relationships.
Successfully conducts and completes all assigned training.
Participates in continuous improvement training and trains others.




Negotiation with both customers and carriers.
Maintain and follow all SOPs for various customers.
Provides additional backup support for the team when required.
Communicate with customers on a regular basis on any shipments being handled.

Qualifications
Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
Valuable written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
Strong sense of time organization and urgency
Able to work independently and within a team
Strong problem solving
Effective Negotiation Skills
Ability to work in a quick paced environment
