WHAT YOU’LL DO
Connect with customers in person, by phone and online and make the buying process straightforward and positive.
Learn each customer’s needs, present the right vehicle options and provide informed product demonstrations.
Follow up consistently on leads, appointments and unsold traffic using the dealership CRM.
Work with Sales and Finance leaders to move deals forward accurately and efficiently.
Maintain strong product knowledge, current inventory awareness and manufacturer program knowledge.
Support vehicle deliveries and stay connected after the sale to build repeat and referral business.
Contribute to store goals, team standards and a qualified showroom workplace.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Strong follow-up habits and comfort working toward measurable goals.
Explicit communication,
resilience and a positive, competitive attitude.
Previous automotive or commissioned sales experience is an asset, but strong sales potential matters.
A valid driver’s licence and ability to meet dealership driving requirements.
