Duties

Perform data entry accurately to update customer records, order details, and service logs efficiently.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that meet customer needs, enhancing their experience.
Demonstrate bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
Apply analysis skills to understand customer feedback, identify trends, and suggest improvements for service delivery.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette by practicing active listening,



patience, and professionalism during all interactions.

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or a related role with excellent communication skills.
Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately while multitasking in a busy environment.
Multilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are highly preferred to support diverse clients.
Robust analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify actionable insights.
Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus for promoting additional products or services.
Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
