We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Our restaurant offers a unique fusion of Greek, Pakistani, and Italian cuisine, including pizzas, pastas, kebabs, grilled meats, Mediterranean dishes, and traditional Pakistani flavours.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a quick-paced kitchen, takes pride in food quality and presentation, and can work efficiently as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
Work efficiently on assigned kitchen stations, including grill, pizza, pasta, fryer, and preparation stations.
Prepare Greek, Pakistani, and Italian-inspired dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
Prepare ingredients by chopping, portioning, marinating, seasoning, and cooking.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
Maintain proper food storage, labelling, and rotation (FIFO).
Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
Keep the kitchen, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management during busy service.
Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
Help with inventory, receiving deliveries, and daily food preparation when required.




Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
Experience with Greek, Pakistani, Italian, Mediterranean, or fusion cuisine is an asset.
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy kitchen.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies when required.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
FoodSafe certification is an asset.
