Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Manager to lead our pharmacy operations and partnership chance. Responsibilities
Accurately dispense medications and review prescriptions for appropriateness.
Provide professional counseling to patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
Provision of Professional Services (medschecks, pharmaceutical opinion) and Expanded Scope
Ensure compliance with all federal and provincial pharmacy laws and regulations.
Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans.
Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Support pharmacy operations,
including customer service and administrative duties.
Stay current with industry regulations, new medications, and best practices in pharmacy management
Requirements
Must have Ontario college of pharmacy license (required).
Minimum of 2 year of experience in a community pharmacy setting preferred.
Robust knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and best practices.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with KROLL or FILLWARE software is an asset.
