Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome all showroom visitors and anticipate their needs
• Coordinate hospitality logistics including catering and support staff




• Conduct showroom tours for unexpected guests
• Lead planning for sales and marketing events
• Provide technical support for AV/IT equipment
Requirements:
• 3+ years in high-end hospitality or executive support
• Post-Secondary education in relevant fields
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite and Google applications
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset
