In this senior role, you'll work closely with Project Managers and field teams to deliver successful utility projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting with project reporting, coordinating trades, and managing project documentation. You will also support contract preparation and budget analysis to ensure projects are on schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Project Managers in achieving project goals
• Assist with reporting and timely client invoicing
• Promote compliance with safety and environmental policies




• Track construction schedules and manage project milestones
• Prepare progress reports and update project status
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Project Coordination
• 2-4 years on MTO or Utilities projects is an asset
• Proficient in project cost tracking and reporting
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
