What you will do
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the property.
- Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Respond promptly to tenant requests and emergencies.
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs and renovations.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
What we are looking for
- Required Skills: Experience in superintendent duties, excellent communication skills, ability to handle emergencies. Able to communicate well with Seniors.
- Optional Skills: Basic knowledge of an apartment building and its tenants as well as Management.
