Denture Production & Digital Manufacturing Technician

We are looking for a recent engineering/engineering technology graduate, student, or technically strong individual to join our denture manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on role combining traditional denture production with digital manufacturing and 3D printing.

You will work on conventional denture processes such as plastering, investing, flasking, and processing, while also helping us expand our use of 3D scanning, CAD/CAM, 3D printing, and digital production workflows.

No dental experience is required. We will train you on plastering and other denture production techniques.

What You’ll Do
Learn and perform plastering, investing, flasking, and denture processing
Operate and support 3D printers, scanners, and digital manufacturing equipment
Assist with CAD/CAM and digital denture workflows
Perform print preparation and post-processing
Troubleshoot production and equipment issues
Help improve processes and create SOPs
Support quality control and production consistency
Assist with R&D; projects involving recent materials, equipment,



and manufacturing methods
Help test, prototype, and evaluate new digital denture workflows and production processes
As you gain experience, help train team members on recent processes and equipment

Ideal Background
Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Biomedical, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, Additive Manufacturing, CAD/CAM, or a related technical program
Robust mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with hands-on work
Interest in 3D printing and manufacturing
Familiarity with CAD, 3D printers, scanners, or CNC equipment is an asset

Dental experience is an asset, but not required. We are looking for someone who is technically capable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Over the next 3–6 months, the role will gradually expand toward digital manufacturing, 3D printing, process improvement, R&D;, and workflow development.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
