Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff
Train and mentor employees on company policies and procedures
Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
Manage cashiers and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
Implement strategies to meet sales targets and profitability goals
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
Create employee schedules and manage payroll

Requirements
Previous experience in retail management or a similar role




Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in math for handling budgets, inventory, and sales data
Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of cashiering procedures and customer service best practices

Job Types: Full time, Part time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
