Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to diverse patient populations. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations, utilizing medical terminology accurately.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses across various age groups, including pediatrics and adult patients.
Administer medications and oversee medication management plans in accordance with best practices and patient needs.




Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care, including referrals for specialized services when necessary.
Document all clinical encounters meticulously within electronic health record system, ensuring data collection accuracy.
Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, pain management strategies, and home care instructions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on current medical standards related to family medicine.
Contribute to team meetings and case discussions to foster continuous learning and improve patient care delivery.

Qualifications
Medical degree from an accredited institution
Registration with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
Eligible CPSA License to practice full time.

Pay: $200,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
