Responsibilities
Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation.
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, accurately processing customer orders and payments.
Handle cash transactions with precision, giving correct change and managing cash handling procedures responsibly.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and upselling specials or add-ons to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely food delivery and efficient cashiering.
Assist with food handling duties such as stocking supplies, prepping ingredients, and ensuring proper food safety practices are followed.

Qualifications
Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic math skills for accurate order handling and cash management.
Experience operating POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes guests feel welcome.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.
