Duties
Prepare and assemble shisha pipes with various flavored tobaccos, ensuring consistency and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
Engage with guests to understand their flavor preferences and recommend options accordingly.
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
Monitor inventory levels of shisha supplies and ingredients, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Follow proper food handling procedures when preparing ingredients and maintaining hygiene standards.
Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere,
answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly.
Requirements
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, bartending, serving, or similar roles preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or comparable cashiering tools.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
