Key West Ford is looking to add a Junior Parts Counter person to our growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities

·Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers while taking orders and checking availability

·Handle incoming phone calls in a skilled manner.

· Deal with customer issues in a timely manner

·Provide quotes on parts to be used by the shop for customers and sales department.

·Assist other areas of the parts department as needed or assigned by the Parts Manager

·Perform annual inventory count.

Qualifications

· Must be sales driven, organized, self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills

·Motivated team player with a solid sense of commitment to the customer

·Parts technical knowledge





· Parts related system knowledge (an asset)

·Strong interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills, with an ability to sell.

·Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

·Ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
