Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor / Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a restaurant supervisor, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves leading the team, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen activities.
Lead and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
Manage cash handling procedures, including processing transactions accurately through the POS system.
Assist in training new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements and enhance efficiency.




Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred.
Solid leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Familiarity with POS systems for productive cash handling is essential.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff alike.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in kitchen operations is a plus, as well as the ability to assist with cooking when necessary.
