We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Accountant to join a well-established property management company in Toronto, Ontario.

The ideal candidate will have solid property accounting experience and be highly proficient with Yardi. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing their responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.

The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions for a portfolio of properties, including financial reporting, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and other property accounting responsibilities. The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of property management accounting practices and be comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.





We are looking for a proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their work, has excellent attention to detail, and can identify and resolve accounting discrepancies efficiently. Robust communication, organizational, and time-management skills are essential for this role.

Previous property accounting experience is required, and robust hands-on experience with Yardi is highly preferred.

The salary for this position is approximately $70,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
