Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook a variety of menu items with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station to ensure a protected food handling workplace
Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage, sanitation, and temperature controls
Assist in plating and garnishing dishes to enhance visual appeal before serving
Support the team during busy service hours by managing multiple orders seamlessly
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of orders
Qualifications
Previous food service experience or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude toward collaboration
