The Quality Control / Shipping and Receiving is responsible for the direct examination of products and materials to ensure that quality standards, procedures, legislation, and customer specifications are met. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and involves inspecting materials and parts, identifying defects or production errors, and ensuring non-conforming materials are properly identified and prevented from entering the supply chain.
In addition to quality control responsibilities, this position has a large shipping and receiving component, material handling, inventory movement, and logistics activities. The successful candidate will ensure materials, parts,
and finished products are accurately received, inspected, documented, stored, handled, and shipped in a protected and timely manner. The position requires strict adherence to the organization's quality assurance, shipping, receiving, safety, and material-handling policies and procedures.
Use of overhead crane and lifting will be required. We also need someone who is avaibale to work OT and Saturdays.
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
