We are seeking a skilled and reliable Grease Trap Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining and inspecting grease traps in various restaurants, commercial kitchens and food service establishments. As a Grease Trap Technician, you will ensure compliance with local regulations and perform necessary repairs or replacements to keep the system running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of grease traps systems at various business locations.
Safely operate company vehicles to travel to job sites and complete assigned tasks.
Use power tools and hand tools to complete cleaning tasks.
Maintain equipment and ensure it is in optimal working condition.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members and supervisors.
Provide excellent customer service to clients.
Manage time efficiently to meet cleaning deadlines.
Perform heavy lifting as required (50+lbs).
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
-Must be able to provide Criminal Record Check.
-Must have your own means to commute to St Thomas, ON.
-Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
-Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
-Excellent communication and customer servies skills.
-Willingness to work early morning (shift start 3 am) and late nights (shift end 11pm)
