We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is for Mondays regularly with the flexibility to take on extra shifts as needed including weekends. In this role you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming shopping workplace. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key to driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and help them find pieces they'll love.
Share product recommendations, information on promotions, and the latest fashion trends.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to reach sales goals and create a positive shopping experience for every customer.
Be comfortable appearing in social media videos and photos to help showcase new merchandise.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Ability and confidence to work alone.
Robust communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities is a bonus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work added various shifts as needed.
